NX Witness User Guide

NX Witness is the front-end application used by strata managers, building managers or anyone that needs to review and export CCTV footage from their Network Optix VMS systems.

Download the apps

To get started you can download the apps from either app store or online:

Windows:

Download Nx Witness for Windows

(Download the Client Installer only)

MAC OS

Download Nx Witness for Mac OS

IOS / Android

Download Nx Witness for Mobile

Log into your account

Make sure you ONLY use log into NX Cloud. Do not use “Connect to Server” as this is only for local management and not required in most cases.

Once you are logged into the NX Cloud all the systems you have access to will be displayed on the dashboard.

If you are missing a system from the dashboard, please contact CXI to be invited to use that system.
