If you have an Aiphone intercom system in your unit, this guide will help you understand how to use most of the common features.

Answering & hanging up a call
When a visitor calls from the Door Station simply lift the handset or press the Talk on/off button once to start talking. Hanging up the handset or pressing the Talk button again will hang up the call.
Unlock the door
When on a call press the Door Release button (Key 🗝️ Icon) to unlock the door.
Troubleshooting
Visitors call but my handset doesn’t ring
This might mean your Chime Volume is turned down. On the bottom of your unit intercom move the left (ring) slider to the middle and test again.
If you still can't hear your handset ringing please contact your strata management agent to book a technician visit.
I can't hear visitors talking on the Door Station
This might mean your handset volume is turned down. On the bottom of your GT-1A unit handset move the right (volume) slider to the middle and test again.
If you have a GT-1D handset then ensure your handset cable is plugged in securely and check for any damage to the cord. If you still can’t hear your visitor then please contact your strata managing agent to book a tech visit.
Visitors calling from the Door Station get a 'Denied' message
The link pairing between the Door Station and your unit handset has been lost, a tech will need to come to site and re-pair the devices. Please Contact your strata managing agent.
My handset has a red flashing light
Your ring volume is set to “Do not disturb”. See above section on “visitors call but I can’t hear it ring” to fix this issue.
