How to use CXI Cloud

CXI Cloud is your secure connection to remotely manage services such as your EACS (Electronic Access Control Systems), Electronic Security System, Credential Ordering (coming soon) and more.

How do I get access?

CXI Cloud is only available to clients on the PRO maintenance plan. For more information or to register a user to get access, email admin@cxi.net.au.

To access your EACS (Electronic Access Control Systems) remotely using CXI Cloud

1. Go to cxi.net.au and select the CXI Cloud drop-down menu

2. Select the Cloud Systems menu

3. Select the Login button

4. Choose your authentication method either:

Azure AD - CXI Staff Only

Currently this is ONLY for CXI staff. More login options will be available shortly.

OTP (One-Time PIN)

No passwords to remember, OTP is the simplest way to login. You will be sent a One Time only PIN to your nominated email address use for every login. This PIN expires after a short time.

5. Once successfully logged in you will be taken to the CXI Cloud App Dashboard.

Now choose your system (if you have access to multiple sites or multiple site systems they will be shown here, otherwise you may only see one (1) system)

Log into your System

Select the system you want to log into from the CXI Cloud App dashboard. You will be redirected to the login page for your Electronic Access Control System for you to log in and manage.

NOTE: The password required to log into your EACS is set by your installer, if you have forgotten please get your local CXI technician to reset.

Log Out

You will be logged out automatically after a predetermined time but you can log out manually from the app screen. Simply go to:

1. your user name in the top right-hand corner

2. select Logout

• Is CXI Cloud Secure?

  Yes! CXI Cloud uses reverse proxy technology which means there are no open ports on your router for hackers to poke into from the outside.

  Also, the URL that points to your on-premise system is proxied through Cloudflare’s network of servers and only authenticated users can proceed.

• Can everyone in my team get access?

  Sure thing, as part of your PRO maintenance plan you get 3 user accounts to connect.

  If you want more just ask us and we’ll add it to your maintenance plan payments.

• Can I get access to legacy systems such as Titan?

  Currently we can only connect to web-based systems such as ICT Protege WX/GX and Inner Range Inception.

  We’re working on enabling more systems to connect to CXI Cloud, so stay tuned.
