How to use CXI Cloud
CXI Cloud is your secure connection to remotely manage services such as your EACS (Electronic Access Control Systems), Electronic Security System, Credential Ordering (coming soon) and more.
How do I get access?
CXI Cloud is only available to clients on the PRO maintenance plan. For more information or to register a user to get access, email admin@cxi.net.au.
To access your EACS (Electronic Access Control Systems) remotely using CXI Cloud
Go to cxi.net.au and select the CXI Cloud drop-down menu
Select the Cloud Systems menu
3. Select the Login button
4. Choose your authentication method either:
Azure AD - CXI Staff Only
Currently this is ONLY for CXI staff. More login options will be available shortly.
OTP (One-Time PIN)
No passwords to remember, OTP is the simplest way to login. You will be sent a One Time only PIN to your nominated email address use for every login. This PIN expires after a short time.
5. Once successfully logged in you will be taken to the CXI Cloud App Dashboard.
Now choose your system (if you have access to multiple sites or multiple site systems they will be shown here, otherwise you may only see one (1) system)
Log Out
You will be logged out automatically after a predetermined time but you can log out manually from the app screen. Simply go to:
your user name in the top right-hand corner
select Logout
