Stage 1 of a full access control modernisation for Waterside, a multi-building residential strata complex. System design, hardware supply, installation, and commissioning delivered under a staged approach — giving the owners corporation control over capital expenditure while progressively replacing ageing infrastructure. Consisting of offline doors with XS4 escutcheons mixed with online doors and lift control this system is expandable and perfect for areas where cabling can’t be run.
